Monthly Machine Learning Meetup @ Atlanta: The Fundamentals of Type-Safety, Reproducibility and Scalability with Flyte

Union.ai’s Niels Bantilan will be giving an informative talk on how to overcome the challenges of deploying data science (DS) and machine learning (ML) models or analyses developed in the lab to production in a way that’s robust, reproducible, and scalable using Flyte.

Attendees will learn the fundamentals of how to create DS/ML pipelines in Flytekit by composing tasks together into workflows. We’ll also demonstrate how Flytekit uses Python’s typing module to provide type safety and out-of-the-box data lineage tracking, as well as how Flyte leverages Docker to provide strong reproducibility guarantees.
